Are You Radicalized?

Hardly a day passes without a media story regarding the radicalization of persons who are being deemed "domestic terrorists". The question that follows is always, "how were they radicalized"? The answer to this is always "the internet", with focus on social media.

Oh, that evil internet! It must be controlled! Otherwise, we will have radicalized domestic terrorists running amok in America! Shivers!

Mark my words, new legislation to control the internet and limit your freedom of speech is not far away.

Pardon me for getting side tracked so quickly. We'll come back to the internet issue. Let's focus on the topic of radicalization. Typically, we think of someone who is sympathizing with Islamic extremists, but how does our government see it?

Do you have deep religious beliefs? Do you work toward self sufficiency and try to opt out of a government controlled system? Do you support the right to bear arms? Do you believe in or support home schooling? Do you believe in the principals on which this country was founded (the constitution)? Do you believe in your own sovereignty (freedom)? Do you believe that we the people are the true government and the elected officials are the servants to do our bidding? Do you think the UN is slowly encroaching on our constitution? Do you believe in alternative medicines and natural cures? Do you grow, preserve, and store your own food? Are you a veteran of the armed forces?

The list is much longer, but if you answered yes to any of the above questions, you may be deemed radicalized by our government. Our government has a way of conditioning our thinking with repeated use of new phrases, combined with new scary problems.

Here, we are talking about the radicalization of Americans into domestic terrorists with the scary part being that it is so easily done with the internet. To up the ante of fear, the government repeatedly reminds us that it is our young people who are being targeted. They say the loners are especially vulnerable. We don't want our children radicalized, do we? This is the part where we are supposed to welcome the government's solution.

The government is laying the ground work to prevent the use of encrypted servers,...except for theirs of course,...for matters of national security. Naturally, they would make exceptions for banks, corporations, and major retailers,...but a licensing process would likely be required. Simply put, if you have an encrypted server and no government issued license, you are in violation.

Edit on 12/18/2015 to add this relevant link: http://sg.news.yahoo.com/fbi-justice-dept-taking-encryption-concerns-congress-100241267--politics.html

How does a government enforce such a thing when we are dealing with a worldwide web? To establish encrypted servers as unlawful everywhere, there would need to be an international governing body to oversee and enforce such law. Enter the UN. I predict this will be just one of the many steps toward a one world government.

We are already seeing a United Nations push for worldwide disarmament of the every day person, and our recent presidents are more frequently referring to matters of "international law". This is no coincidence. Imagine a world where only the government  and the corporate elitists have arms and privacy via encrypted servers (secrets), but the every day person is allowed neither.

President Obama is anxious to bypass congress and use executive action to once again circumvent the constitution by arbitrarily denying gun ownership to persons on the "no fly" list. There is no clear criteria for being placed on the no fly list, or being deemed "radicalized" for something as simple as choosing to barter instead of banking, rendering you ineligible to own a gun.

There are infants on the no fly list and no clear answers on how they got there. But rules are rules, and if you show up at the airport with your no fly list baby, you won't be traveling until the matter is cleared up. Likewise, you won't be owning a gun. That doesn't happen quickly, and in many cases, doesn't happen at all. There are many people still fighting to have their names removed from the no fly list.

I read a recent article in "Time" magazine that explains how the Obama administration is flexing it's muscle behind the scenes against ISIS and the radicalization that is occurring via the internet. According to "Time", Obama will defeat ISIS in part, by way of an  internet spying apparatus. Is this why we keep hearing Obama whining about the terrorists using encrypted servers which makes his job harder and renders the U.S. less safe? Remember, only governments are allowed privacy and secrets.

The same "Time" article says that those who are using the internet to radicalize our young people, are encouraging their prey to use any means necessary to kill unbelieving Americans, French, and their allies. The instructions were, if you cannot get your hands on an IED or bullet, bash their heads with a rock, stab them with your knife, or run them over with your car. Does this sound like a problem that can be fixed by disarming law abiding Americans? This confirms that guns are not the problem, no more than rocks, knives, and cars are the problem.

The internet is not the problem either. The bottom line is this. Our government is using every shifty and underhanded tactic it can to strip Americans of their God given and constitutionally insured rights. Radicalized domestic terrorists is just one of their schemes to eliminate your first and second amendment rights. Stand by for my future article on how they are eliminating your fourth and fifth amendment rights.

    1. Speaking of timely, just after I posted this, ABC reported that reviews for VISAs will now include scrutiny of the applicants social media activity. This revelation fits well with my thoughts on how people will be placed on "no fly" lists simply for social media comments. If you piss off a left-wing extremist bliss ninny with a facebook post or a tweet, you may be arbitrarily deemed radicalized and find your self on a list and having your guns confiscated,...without any due process of law. As I read in another article, your right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment may be violated through such actions.

  2. Have you considered the fact that you are a People always and a citizen when it suits your need Some? Remember, you are a People first and a citizen if you decide to be.
Repealing the 14th Amendment takes care of all the things you speak of. The founders did not come up with citizenship, our leaders, or should I say infiltrators, did after Lincoln bent the Constitution during the Civil war. Think about it, citizens under the Constitution, People before the Constitution. I choose to be a People!

  3. Yes sir/ma'am, I have. You are preaching to the choir. Citizenship was manufactured for a certain group of people, but now affects us all.
